Living a healthy lifestyle is a constant struggle, at least for me it is. I know deep down that it's not only a NECESSITY, but I also WANT to do it. However, I want to enjoy life. Eating out with family, having get togethers or celebrations, I want to enjoy myself and not feel restricted.
That’s the misconception….
When deciding to make a lifestyle change we feel like we must quit cold turkey and go on these insane diets, juice cleanses, fasting and whatever else society is throwing our way. It's not true. I have been on my weight loss journey for a few weeks now and I have never once felt deprived on food. Here is why, what I consume daily tastes delicious and some of the stuff tastes like an actual dessert.
Have you ever heard of Herbalife? I'm sure some of you have and I can tell you it works. Not only have I had family members see a tremendous weight loss change in their own journey, but I have as well. I supplement 2 shakes a day for meals, have snacks in between and have an actual (healthy) meal for dinner. There is no certain meal to supplement with your shake it is all up to you. I also add in an herbal tea they have, which helps with energy and it tastes amazing. I never thought I could stick to something like this but I have and it is working.
