Today is the mark of starting fresh on my health journey. I posted in July how I would be as transparent as I could with you about my journey and I will keep that promise. I started off doing great throughout the month of July and once August hit maybe about the second week I had a health issue that was unexpected. It has to do with my stomach and I was referred to a specialist. I do have a follow up appointment, but I had to change a few things until we could get stuff ruled out. As I am waiting for my appointment to confirm my results I decided to go ahead and get back on track.
I have had many times where I would start my weight loss journey and struggle and binge after a few days. This last time I was ready to lose weight and I would tell my husband, “wow I am doing this with no hesitation, I’m ready”. Here I am again for the hundredth time starting over from scratch. I don’t know if anyone else can relate but to me starting is the hardest part. I mean, I know what steps I need to take to get back to where I was and to progress from there but ugh it’s frustrating. So, I decided to start back on my Herbalife shakes for breakfast and lunch, then have my snacks in between and a healthy dinner.
I enjoy using stickers in my planner and making it all sorts of cute. I got some stickers for water intake, weight, meals etc. and I will be using those to help me with accountability. I am also wanting to get a team together for the Wicked Wine Run in Galveston on November 10 @ 2:30 pm. I think it will be fun and who doesn’t love wine?? No, you don’t have to run you can walk. If anyone wants to join with me just let me know. The point of me mentioning that is because I will be using it as a goal to be in somewhat of shape. I want to be able to enjoy myself without passing out hahaha
